As a professional athlete that has played lacrosse since the fourth grade and has gone through her fair share of lacrosse trainers, I feel that it is my time to pass down what I have learned to the next generation of players.

Athletes have the unique opportunity to learn from one of the nation's top players and focus on improving their stick work, footwork, shooting, and dodging skills. In addition, technical instruction and valuable lessons acquired over the years will be incorporated in the group training sessions and in the online training course.

Three summers ago, I had the privilege of hosting my inaugural clinic, and the experience was truly exceptional. I am excited to share that I have plans to host even more clinics in the near future and am also open to running clinics for club teams. These clinics can be tailored to the specific needs and goals of your team.
